Crowne House Return & Exhabge Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all wig and hair sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
However, if you receive:
The wrong item
A damaged item
A defective product
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Items must be:
Unused
Unworn
Unaltered (lace not cut, hair not installed)
